DON'T LET HIM IN Maps Guide: Verified Maps and the Snowbound Lodge Overview
Snowbound Lodge is the only map name verified in DON'T LET HIM IN so far — see its snowy Canada setting, multi-level layout, hiding spots and outdoor power fix, plus what's still unconfirmed.
If you're checking what maps exist in DON'T LET HIM IN, one name is currently confirmed by actual play: Snowbound Lodge. When one player asks "Okay, so how many maps are there?" and clicks play again, the game gives him "Snowbound Lodge" — which he recognizes as the same snowy house he was already surviving — and a second, separate group also starts their round in "snowbound". That makes the lodge a real, repeatable location reached through the normal play flow. What the footage doesn't show is a map-selection screen, a second named map, or an answer to that count question, so treat this page as the verified profile of one map, with the rest of the roster still an open question.
The verified map list so far
- Snowbound Lodge — a snowy, Canada-themed lodge (players call the building "the cabin"), confirmed in two independent play sessions.
That's the whole confirmed list, and it does not mean the lodge is the only map. A short list reflects what recorded play has named so far — other locations may exist without a confirmed name yet — so don't treat Snowbound Lodge as the game's final map count.
How you get a map when you play
In the recorded sessions, nobody picks a location from a menu; a map is simply dealt to you when you start: "Wait, let me click play again. So, we got Snowbound Lodge." How the game decides what you get — random draw, group vote, or a hidden choice — never appears on screen, so don't assume you can select a specific map before queueing in.
One naming trap to avoid: while setting up a round, the second group chooses between "Nightmare" and "Medium". Those are round-setup options that change how hard the night is — they are difficulty settings, not playable locations, so they don't belong on a map list.
Snowbound Lodge: setting and interior
Snowbound Lodge drops you into a winter scene the first player instantly reads as Canada: "this is kind of like the same thing, but instead it's Canada... Okay, we're in Canada, bro" — followed by "Yo, was there like a blizzard?" The building itself is a lodge he calls "the cabin" ("Okay, we're back in the cabin now"), with snow and slush covering the ground outside.
Inside, the lodge is multi-level, and that shape defines how groups defend it. The second group splits guard duty by floor — "Ako na bahala sa taas... Ako na sa baba" ("I've got upstairs... I've got downstairs") — and posts players at specific entrances like the glass door and a window. (Their transcript is auto-generated mixed Tagalog and English; taas and baba mean upstairs and downstairs and are read from context.) Identified rooms include what one player points out as "a little study room". Upstairs and downstairs are both clearly in play; a single throwaway line about a "third floor" is ambiguous commentary and isn't enough to confirm a third storey.
Hiding spots and entrances on the lodge
For hiding, the second group plans to "magtatago sa isang cabinet door" — hide in a cabinet downstairs. Treat lockers as unreliable: in one run, a hunted player could only report "There's no locker here... There's no other lockers or closets, whatever, bro" — one player's search on one round, not proof of how the lodge is stocked every time. The hiding spots guide goes deeper on workable places to break line of sight.
The doors and windows are the lodge's weak points. The monster opens them himself — players yell "shut the window" mid-round and close the ones he has opened ("Window, bakit mo binuksan? I-close mo yan" — "Window, why did you open it? Close it") — and he doesn't always use them politely: "This guy literally jumped through a window," and he is also seen scaling walls and "climbing on the roof". The doors and windows guide covers keeping him out in detail.
The power system outside the lodge
The lodge's most survival-critical fixture sits outdoors: the second group plans around an "ifi-fix na power system" (a power system that needs fixing) and confirms its placement — "yung power system nasaan nasa labas" (the power system is outside). The monster cuts the power during rounds, and restoring it is a recurring job: "Okay, we got the power restored." One player builds his whole late-round plan around that layout: "as soon as he leaves, I'm going to fix the power", and "As long as he runs out the house, I can grab the power, go back inside, and try and survive." The power system guide explains that mechanic in full.
What's still unconfirmed about the map roster
- How many maps the game offers in total — the count question asked on stream never gets answered on screen.
- The name of any second playable map, if one exists.
- Whether map assignment is random, voted on, or chosen.
These are open questions about the game, not rules — nothing so far suggests Snowbound Lodge is the only location, and the roster can change the moment another map appears in the play flow. It also means there's no honest map-vs-map comparison to publish yet: the layout, guard positions, hiding furniture and outdoor power fix above describe how this one confirmed map plays, not what sets it apart from some other map.
